Tempering Recipes

CHARMS

Phase1: Tempering small, large and grand charms requires a magic charm and the specified items/runes. The charms created in that manner have specifically listed Level Requirements and Properties. 

Phase2: Grand Charms can be tempered even further with huge risks of making the charm (broke) unusable by rolling beyond the possible to wear lever requirements. However rolling low Level Requirement, even being riskily in a way, is a great reward, and the thus created charms can hold great power beyond that of common gear.
